Incomplete orders

If you’ve received your order and something is missing, please e-mail info@quinoamaria.com and provide the invoice number or your CPF (SS#), along with a description of the missing product. We will check what happened and send you the product to make sure your order is complete.

Wrong product

If you received an incorrect product (instead of a product that was on your order), please e-mail info@quinoamaria.com and provide the invoice number and a description of the product that was incorrectly delivered and the product that should have been delivered instead. We will look into the issue and help you solve the problem.

Delayed delivery

If your delivery is late, please e-mail info@quinoamaria.com and provide the invoice number or your CPF (SS#).  We will look into the matter and do our best to ensure you receive the delivery quickly.

I want to exchange a product

[valid only within seven days of purchases made on the Quinoa Maria website, according to article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code]

If you would like to exchange a product you purchased, please e-mail info@quinoamaria.com with the order number, and specify both the product you would like to exchange and the product you would like to receive instead. We will check on the status of your order and reply with the information for completing the exchange.

Refunds

We can refund your purchase if your product was defective when delivered, or if you changed your mind and wish to return the product within seven business days after taking delivery. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the product.

For purchases made with a credit card, we will request that the card processor cancel the transaction; please understand that the card processor may take up to two billing cycles to comply.

PLEASE NOTE: Once we have requested the transaction be cancelled, your credit card processor is solely responsible for cancelling it.
